01What do you attribute your success to?
My own tenacity and willingness to work hard, and the support from my family, friends, and spouse who believe in me and expect brilliance.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
It's okay if you don't know where you're going. Explore multiple different things. Don't listen to people who try to hold you to a straight line. Find people who believe in you and accept you for who you are. Work hard but also create and maintain relationships because they will help you.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Challenges: Standing out with so many people in the field, especially for women or those with less support systems. Opportunities: Many good people willing to help, so navigate finding the right sponsors and supporters to grow your career.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Whatever I do impacts someone, so my actions should always be in good faith, thinking about how they affect others.
