About Kruthika
I've always been drawn to creative work and pursued things that are creative. Film drew me in from the time I was a kid. I got a job at Monks as a producer which led me to advertising. It's been a great learning experience working with different clients and new projects every day. As a producer I bring a project together from script to screen and make sure the filmmaker's vision comes to life.

01What do you attribute your success to?
My parents have always been supportive and told me and my sister to dream big. They gave us a safe space where we can even fail and said if you fail it's okay we're here. That has been a huge source of strength and support for me.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Do a lot of research, get to know your industry, do a lot of networking, get to know people, ask questions. Networking is the best thing you can do in this industry. Since it's a non-traditional industry with no one linear path, always find what's right for you, believe in yourself and go for it.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
AI is one of the biggest changes affecting the industry. Rather than seeing it as a challenge I want to look at it as something everybody needs to upskill with and get into at the initial stage so we can work with it and create the best results.
