Ten minutes with Kruti
01What do you attribute your success to?
My success comes from the continuous urge to grow and learn with curiosity and willingness. I want to keep growing professionally and personally, motivated by learning from others and embracing new experiences to become a better leader. I aim to be remembered not just for accomplishments but for how I made people feel through compassion and kindness.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
There has to be discipline and passion in your career. Don't wait for perfection to get started, especially women who often wait for the perfect time like after kids grow up. Just get started and make it perfect rather than waiting.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Stay curious, be confident in your voice, and never stop learning. Ask questions, seek mentorships, and don't be afraid of opportunities that challenge you. Don't wait until you feel ready; confidence comes through experiences. Raise your hand for projects even if you don't know everything yet, and speak up in meetings.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
People not taking their health seriously and undervaluing healthcare professionals. Career transitions are not always supported if they deviate from societal norms. Balancing rising healthcare costs with high-quality, timely, affordable, and personalized care under limited resources.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
In work: discipline, responsibility, integrity, dependability, respect, accountability, and empathy because small decisions affect lives. In personal life: kindness, resilience, genuine connections with family and friends, adaptability, and sharing success with those who matter.
