Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my mother. She has been the most influential person in my life, always doing her best with the resources she had at the time and continuing to inspire me to this day. Words fall short in expressing how deeply grateful I am for her—it is something very emotional for me.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would advise young women entering my industry to be confident, seek opportunities boldly, and not be limited by barriers or expectations. I also hope to build a women-led organization that empowers women to become self-sufficient and advance in their careers. Coming from a humble background, I understand the challenges firsthand, and I want to share my experiences so others can avoid costly mistakes, grow faster, and move forward with greater clarity and support.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenge in my field right now is the lack of support and representation for women, along with the persistence of glass ceilings that still limit advancement opportunities. On the other hand, there is a strong opportunity in building strategic partnerships—particularly with major cloud providers—and leveraging greater visibility and networking to open doors, drive collaboration, and accelerate growth across the industry.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are trust, supporting and advancing women, and consistently bringing value to others. I also place strong importance on cultural respect and humility, which guide how I collaborate, make decisions, and build relationships.
