Krys Lassiter

Krys Lassiter is a licensed professional counselor with over 30 years of experience in her field. She began her career in clinical psychology and progressed through therapy, education, and administration before transitioning into HR approximately 15 years ago. About 10 years ago, she founded Realigned by Design Coaching and Consulting in Powder Springs, Georgia, where she focuses on helping high-achieving women address burnout. She also developed a teen empowerment program for girls emphasizing emotional regulation, nervous system regulation, healthy boundaries, and time management. Lassiter earned a master's degree from Auburn University and a certificate in Women's Leadership from Emory University. She authored a book of keepsake certificates recognizing everyday accomplishments for overlooked teens and children, inspired by her experiences with autism advocacy. Her professional achievements include accolades for creating a new initiative in corporate America, often described as flying the plane while building it. She remains actively involved in Autism Speaks and related autism initiatives.
