Krystal’s career spans roles including Event Manager at Indian Hills Country Club, Operations Manager with StadiumDrop, and various management positions at OSU Cowboy Dining, where she developed a reputation for creative problem-solving and building strong, collaborative teams.
Passionate about cultivating positive relationships, Krystal is known for her mentoring abilities and commitment to fostering a culture of excellence and respect. She approaches each challenge with eagerness to learn and grow, ensuring that both her teams and the guests she serves experience the highest level of professionalism and care. Her experience managing large-scale events, including concerts and sporting events with venues up to 120,000 in capacity, underscores her operational expertise and leadership under pressure.

My advice to young women entering this industry is to trust your abilities, never let self-doubt hold you back, and always be willing to ask questions and learn.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in my work and personal life are creativity, family, and connection, and I find joy and balance in painting, spending time with my dog and loved ones, and being near the water, which is my happy place.
