Krystin Bobrowiecki
Krystin Bobrowiecki is a highly skilled Manager at Avaneer Dental Studio, where she leads the Stain & Glaze department as a Custom Shade Specialist and oversees the CAD digital design team. With over a decade of experience in dental artistry, Krystin combines technical precision with artistic talent to craft crowns, bridges, and implants that perfectly match each patient’s unique dental shade. She began her career in dental labs as a waxer and steadily advanced, establishing the digital CAD department and mentoring fellow designers to maintain seamless workflow and productivity.
Krystin holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drawing, Graphic Design, and Electronic Arts, as well as a Master’s of Education in Art Therapy from Wayne State University. Her artistic expertise extends beyond dentistry; she has worked as a production artist at Park West Gallery, restoring and embellishing fine art, and has experience in sales and marketing at art galleries, which has honed her eye for detail and her commitment to exceptional customer service. Her lifelong passion for art fuels her professional endeavors, bridging creativity and precision in every project she undertakes.
Outside of her professional work, Krystin continues to pursue her artistic passions. She is currently furthering her studies in animation at the Savannah College of Art and Design, aiming for a future in the animated film industry. She enjoys baking, drawing, puzzles, and reading sci-fi and fantasy, with a particular love for Harry Potter. Whether in the lab or exploring new artistic frontiers, Krystin approaches every challenge with creativity, dedication, and a vision for excellence.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the values instilled in me by my parents. They taught me the importance of a strong work ethic, loyalty, and the principle that if you commit to something, you should give it your all.

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to pursue what makes me happy and what I am truly passionate about.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would advise young women entering my industry not to sell themselves short. Be confident, recognize your worth, and always value yourself.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in my field right now is ensuring clear communication between all parties so that the patient receives exactly what they envision with their new smile.

The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are loyalty, a strong work ethic, caring, honesty, being a team player, and always being truthful.
