About Krystle
Krystle Georges is the Regional Manager for the U.S. VR division at Fever, an entertainment platform. In this role, which she has held for one year, she oversees operations across U.S. sites to ensure technology runs smoothly for visitors who often plan full-day experiences. Georges previously worked behind the scenes handling bookkeeping and accounting for her husband's business and operated her own cleaning businesses, drawn to the visible before-and-after results of janitorial work. As the oldest of ten children, she developed strong management skills that prepared her for leadership. She is a member of the San Antonio Tourist Guild, Metro Chamber of Commerce, and Visit San Antonio. In her personal time, Georges participates in Jehovah's Witness ministry work, playing bass guitar, and roller skating. She values honesty and clear communication in both professional and personal relationships and credits her father, an Army Ranger with over thirty years of service, as her primary mentor for instilling a capable and adaptable mindset.

Ten minutes with Krystle
01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
If you were the one that got picked for this role, that means that you were the best. You have something. Ride that high for as long as possible to give you the confidence to do your job effectively and joyfully. It's all about the mindset. The mindset of how you do your job and how you approach life is very important. I was chosen for this. People believed in me. I am capable, so I shouldn't doubt myself. I got this.
02What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The most important values in personal or professional is just honesty and communication. It's way easier to have a brief, uncomfortable, honest communication rather than try to cover yourself and then you build either a bad reputation or a bad pressure on yourself. As long as you are really communicative with whoever you're working with, or who your spouse is, or your family, it helps tremendously to just really kind of lay it all out on the line in terms of what you expect or what you want out of a situation and just be very clear.
