Krystle Farmer Sieghart

I’m a growth strategist, nonprofit leader, and branding consultant passionate about building programs that create real community impact. As Head of Growth at Just.Safe.Food., I lead marketing, partnerships, and communications to expand worker-centered food safety training for service industry employees and employers.

Previously, I co-founded and served as Executive Director of Healing Justice Santa Barbara, where I helped secure major funding initiatives, launched youth mentorship programs, and led campaigns advancing racial equity and community wellness. Through my consultancy kryssieghART, I support entrepreneurs and nonprofits with branding, marketing strategy, and visual storytelling to amplify their mission.
