Kudirat Shittu

Kudirat Shittu is a nonprofit marketing and development professional representing Alexandria, Virginia. She has three years of experience in the field, which began after she completed her Master's in Public Administration at the University of Michigan. Shittu assists nonprofits by analyzing their structures, advising on funding increases, and implementing face-to-face marketing strategies that engage communities directly for fundraising. Her efforts include educating children about the dangers of drugs such as fentanyl, and she has helped more than three nonprofits raise over two million dollars through her innovative approaches. Shittu is a member of the Michigan Political Science Association and volunteers with Law Enforcement Against Drugs. She has received awards from her office, the community, the children she helps, and the University of Michigan itself.
