Khushboo Leuva is a seasoned Product Leader with over a decade of experience driving innovative technology solutions in the retail industry. Currently leading product initiatives at Walmart, Khushboo is at the forefront of building scalable, customer-centric applications that power the company’s e-commerce, omni-channel, and loyalty experiences. Her work focuses on aligning user needs with business goals to deliver products that improve customer satisfaction while optimizing operational efficiency.

Before joining Walmart, Khushboo held several key roles at American Eagle Outfitters, where she advanced from Business System Analyst to Product Manager for Global Retail Technology. Across her 11-year tenure, she honed her expertise in data management, product strategy, and cross-functional leadership. Khushboo holds a master’s degree from The University of Findlay and a bachelor’s degree from Cleveland State University, and she continues to grow professionally through certifications in generative AI and management analysis. Passionate about community impact, she also serves as a board member for Open Field, a nonprofit organization focused on youth development.
