Kyana Y. Ramos

Kyana Ramos is an experienced retail leader with a strong background in visual merchandising, team leadership, and customer experience. Currently serving as a Store Manager at H&M in San Francisco, Kyana oversees day-to-day operations while driving sales, building high-performing teams, and ensuring the brand’s values are reflected in every customer interaction. Her journey with H&M began in 2020 as a Visual Merchandiser, and through dedication and talent, she quickly progressed to Department Manager and then Store Manager in just five years.
Prior to H&M, Kyana served as an Assistant Merchandising Manager at Old Navy, where she honed her skills in product placement, inventory planning, and trend forecasting. With an Associate of Arts in Fine/Studio Arts from Salt Lake Community College, Kyana brings a creative eye and an artistic approach to retail management, blending aesthetics with strategy. Her leadership style is rooted in collaboration, inclusivity, and developing the potential in others—making her not just a manager, but a mentor.
