About Kyera
Kyera Bradley is an accomplished education leader with 13 years of experience across multiple roles in Chicago charter schools. She began her journey after graduating from Howard University as part of the first class of Relay Graduate School and started her career at the Noble Network of Charter Schools. Bradley spent seven years at North Lawndale College Prep, serving as principal for the final four years. Her contributions have earned her the 2025 CPS Game Changing Principal award, which she won as a charter school principal, the distinction of being the first teacher in the Chicago Relay chapter to win Educator of the Year, an honorary Lifetime Achievement Award from President Biden, and publication in The Atlantic. She has also been involved with Communities In Schools and Books Over ball, and she advises that the strongest educators are those courageous enough to seek help when needed.
