Kyla’s expertise spans performance management, strategic planning, and team development, making her a trusted leader in her field.

Before joining Fresh Stop, Kyla held progressive leadership roles at The GIANT Company and GIANT Food Stores, where she honed her skills in store management, multi-tasking, and operational efficiency. Her hands-on approach to supervision and dedication to staff development have consistently resulted in improved store performance and enhanced customer experiences. She is also highly skilled in Microsoft Office tools, retail operations, and business analytics, which have supported her success in complex management roles.

Kyla earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Lycoming College, where she developed strong interpersonal and analytical skills that continue to inform her leadership style. Outside of work, she is passionate about building community connections and celebrating team achievements, as seen in her leadership during Fresh Stop’s recent grand openings in Florida.
