Kylah Jackson is a consultant who has been running her own business, Hartford Consulting, LLC, since 2021. Her work focuses on project management and business analysis, and she holds CAPM and ECBA certifications in these areas. She previously worked at MICRA LLC in healthcare consulting after college and draws on mentorship from groups like City Seed. 01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would definitely say lean on education. Take what you desire and break it into pieces. Pick a skill that you want to learn in consulting and get education in that and seek advice from the institution of education that you're going for to get certified in that skill. Look for programs and groups that give mentorship, like nonprofit groups such as City Seed.
