Her Interview
Ten minutes with Kylie
01What do you attribute your success to?
I take on so much responsibility that I feel like that I can pretty much do anything that I want, because I feel like I have learned so much about myself when it comes to, you know, the attribute, you know, for being successful. I feel like it's just all the responsibility, the leadership, and all the communication service that I have learned over the years.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
No matter how life comes, or no matter how stressful life gets, it's all gonna be worth it in the end.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Take the opportunities that are given to you, rather than later regretting them.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
I don't have a car right now, so that's one of the biggest challenges that I face right now. I'm trying to save money as I can to get a car right now. Another challenge that I'm facing is that I'm financially struggling a little bit with financial problems when it comes to the school.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Respect is the first, like, the key top to everything, especially when it comes to, you know, workspace and my personal life. I would say respect, being loyal, being valued and being heard and understand.
