Kyra Gonsor is an ambitious and versatile professional currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Empire State University, building on her earlier start with her Bachelor of Science in Biology from New York Institute of Technology, where she earned two knowledge-based certificates and was inducted into both Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society and The National Society of Leadership and Success in recognition of her academic excellence and leadership potential. With hands-on experience across diverse roles—including quality assurance, customer service, law administration, and sales—Kyra has developed a unique blend of analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills that allow her to adapt quickly and excel in dynamic environments.

Kyra’s professional journey began in quality assurance, where she coordinated promotional products and ensured compliance with strict standards, honing her attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. She then expanded into customer-facing roles, including law secretary and sales associate positions, where she strengthened her communication, organizational, and client-service expertise. Most recently, as a National Account Executive at USPAY Group LLC, Kyra leveraged her skills in sales and relationship management to provide tailored solutions for healthcare providers.
