Pensacola, FL 32526

Lacey Farmer is a Strategic Account Manager at SFI Health. Her journey in health and wellness began at a young age as a personal trainer, aerobics instructor, and physique competitor. Initially drawn to sports medicine, life took a different path when she became a single mother in college. With practicality guiding her choices, Lacey earned her Bachelor of Science degree and began her career as a wellness account manager, designing comprehensive programs for corporations of 50 to 500 employees that integrated fitness, nutrition, meditation, and spiritual wellness.

After a decade in corporate wellness, Lacey transitioned to pharmaceutical sales, which provided financial growth but left her seeking more meaningful impact. In 2011, she embraced the nutraceutical industry by joining Metagenics, where she launched and managed a pharmaceutical division focused on natural supplements for traditional doctors. Overseeing a team of 15, she grew the division while navigating the challenges of extensive travel and work-life balance. In August of last year, Lacey joined SFI Health, where she now works closely with influencers, healthcare providers, and corporations to develop custom supplement formulations. She manages everything from ingredient sourcing and FDA compliance to purity testing and delivery of tailored, pharmaceutical-grade natural products.

Lacey’s proudest accomplishments go beyond awards and sales metrics; she takes pride in transforming doctors’ approaches by encouraging natural remedies as first-line interventions, improving patient outcomes and quality of life. A passionate advocate for holistic health, she integrates wellness into her daily life and community engagement. Beyond her professional work, Lacey enjoys traveling, boating, attending concerts, and participating in local cultural initiatives, including fundraising with The Pensacola Belles Mardi Gras showgirl krewe. Her career reflects a commitment to innovation, education, and making a tangible difference in the health and wellness of others.

Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my faith in God, the support of my family, and the values they instilled in me, especially the importance of adaptability, continuous growth, and self-education. My dad, a Marine, raised me in a very disciplined and structured environment where I learned that you work for what you earn and never stop improving yourself. Honestly, a lot of the good in my life has also come through overcoming trauma, pushing through challenges I never thought I'd be able to face. Those experiences shaped my resilience and gave me the strength to keep moving forward. All of that has allowed me to step into new spaces, keep learning, and evolve. I've always been ambitious, driven, and independent, that's just who I am at my core.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Don't listen to all the voices around you. Take a step back, look inward, and really figure out what drives you, what fuels your passion, what fulfills you as a human being, and what truly brings you joy. It's so easy to get caught up in what everyone else thinks you should do. People will tell you, 'You'd be great at this,' or 'You have the personality for that.' And maybe you would be. Maybe you are. But just because you're good at something doesn't mean it's right for you. I've been in situations where I was successful, where I was doing well on paper, but emotionally, it was draining me. And that matters. So listen to yourself. Pay attention to what you want, what you love, and what brings you peace and joy. Choose a path that aligns with those things. And don't give up. Life is going to knock you down, more than once. But that's where growth happens. The beauty is in getting back up, learning from it, and continuing to move forward.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Integrity, honesty, loyalty, and just the ability to just be genuine. In sales, it's so easy to become salesy and to get wrapped up in making money and doing things that benefit you, when in actuality, if you are just genuine, and you just learn about people, everything else just kind of falls into place. I live my life by being a good human, just working with integrity, working with honesty and loyalty, and having a trust factor with my clients, and with my friends, and with everyone around me. I think those are my top things that I at least try to strive for. I'm not perfect, but I try.
