Based on labor market information some of the biggest challenges all employers are facing is retention due to the current demands of the workforce. The other challenge is for job seekers obtaining a livable wage from the current economic area specific region. In Alaska, the cost of living is higher than other regions so the wages are such an important aspect of any job but especially if you live in different areas of the United States.

The most important value to me in both my work and personal life is honesty, integrity, and communication.
