About LaDonna
She is a distinguished psychotherapist, executive coach, and founder with over three decades of experience in clinical psychology, crisis intervention, and leadership development, currently serving as Owner of Betrayal Recovery Center, a recovery center for women who have experienced betrayal trauma. She also maintains a Private Practice in Psychotherapy and Executive Coaching, providing therapeutic interventions for couples, adults, and teens navigating difficult life episodes and transitions. She has over 20 years of experience in Employee Assistance Programs and leadership development across manufacturing, financial, and energy corporations nationwide, and has successfully developed and delivered wellness curriculum in stress management, smoking cessation, and caregiver support. She has served as Adjunct Faculty in the Psychology Department at East Tennessee State University and as an Employee Assistance Program provider for Eastman Chemical Company for over 24 years. She holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from East Tennessee State University. She is recognized as a compassionate, skilled, and transformative clinician and coach who is deeply committed to helping individuals and organizations heal, grow, and thrive through evidence-based, trauma-informed care.
