What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to a lifelong curiosity, perseverance, and a commitment to learning and service. From a young age, I was inspired to study different languages and explore the world, a passion that has guided my career in international trade and diplomacy. As a Royal Princess, I have carried forward the values of leadership, dedication, and responsibility instilled in me by my family. Over the past 20 years, I have gained extensive experience in financial and management consulting, culminating in my role as CEO of Jamerson Strategic Consulting, which I founded on January 1, 2017. My work focuses on helping people and organizations around the world, empowering women through initiatives like the Empowering Women 02422 Foundation, and collaborating with international organizations, including the United Nations. Along the way, I have been honored with numerous awards, including recognition as a Goldman Sachs Black in Business Star Scholar and the SIRBOE award, milestones that reflect both achievement and impact. Through it all, my guiding principle remains perseverance: I keep going, continue learning, and strive to create meaningful change globally.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to have faith, trust in God, and keep moving forward, even in the face of challenges. Staying grounded in purpose and belief has guided my decisions, strengthened my resilience, and empowered me to pursue opportunities with confidence and clarity.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Trust God, keep faith and keep moving forward. Persist through challenges, serve others and use positions of influence to lift up women and communities.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest opportunity in my field right now is the ability to make a meaningful impact by helping people and organizations globally. With increasing connectivity and collaboration across borders, I can leverage my expertise in international trade, diplomacy, and executive consulting to create solutions that drive economic growth, empower leaders, and support communities worldwide.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I value curiosity, exploration, and continuous learning, both in my professional and personal life. I am passionate about travel and studying different cultures, which broadens my perspective and informs my approach to global business and diplomacy. I also cherish quiet moments in nature, particularly in the mountains, as well as time spent reading and reflecting, which allow me to recharge, gain insight, and approach challenges with clarity and purpose.
