Her Interview

Ten minutes with Lael

01What do you attribute your success to?

I have to give it all to God. The field came naturally from family background with mom in marketing and creative parents. Lucky that first internship led to current role with incredible staff. It was God's timing and purpose.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

If there's a portion of your work that you are not happy with, do not share that with the client. Have the confidence to know yourself, know your beliefs, and stand up for yourself in the workplace, especially as a young woman. Know that God puts you in these positions for a purpose.
