About LaFreda
I manage a team of 13 individuals, a sales team focused on Microsoft CSP, where we support our managed service provider partners that are looking to resell Microsoft software across the U.S. One of the biggest challenges in our field is that technology moves really fast, so being able to turn around knowledge to be a deliverable for your end customers, and most importantly to our team, being able to deliver that knowledge to my team for them to be successful in having those conversations with our partners is probably our biggest challenge. There's not enough time in the day or the week to do that. I travel for partner events, whether it be our own partners that are hosting events, Microsoft-hosted events, or even our own TD Cinex events that we might be hosting to educate our partners about new products and new opportunities for them to be able to resell to their customers. I have a fantastic team around me.

01What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
I would say challenges in our field, one of the biggest ones is that technology moves really fast. So being able to turn around knowledge to be a deliverable for your end customers, and most importantly to our team, being able to deliver that knowledge to my team for them to be successful in having those conversations with our partners is probably our biggest challenge. There's not enough time in the day or the week to do that.
