Before launching her own venture, LaKeisha honed her craft at prestigious establishments like the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and Fiddlehead Fern Cafe, mastering menu development, banquet service, and high-volume kitchen operations. Her culinary skill set is complemented by extensive certifications in food safety, hospitality management, and restaurant operations, reflecting her commitment to excellence and professionalism. Beyond the kitchen, she has been featured on live TV cooking demos, honored with a mayoral proclamation, and highlighted in publications like Feast, Sauce, and Alive magazine.

Passionate about giving back to the community, LaKeisha volunteers with organizations such as The Bridge Shelter/Pantry and Kitchens with a Mission, teaching culinary skills and supporting food-focused initiatives. I attribute my success to growing up in a family where food and discipline were at the heart of everything—my father was a Marine and a chef, I was born in Italy, and my grandmother ran a restaurant in Pennsylvania—experiences that instilled in me a love for culinary arts and a strong work ethic.
