01What do you attribute your success to?

My drive to constantly improve and create a better life for retirement and to support my mom. Education is freedom and I never want to be stagnant. I value continuous growth and ambition.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Network with people in similar career paths. Google jobs with the most job security in the field and tailor your certifications based on that. Research roles to ensure long-term financial stability and career potential.

03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Customers are getting increasingly more educated about technology, which I see as an advantage because it makes conversations more engaging and they understand explanations better without hesitation.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Continuous growth and ambition, being authentic and unapologetically yourself, never dimming your light, family, friends, showing up for people you care about, and celebrating milestones.
