Lakisha C. Stevens is a seasoned logistics professional and U.S. Army veteran with over a decade of leadership and operational expertise. Serving 12 years in the Army as a Senior Communications NCO, they developed a strong foundation in systems management, team leadership, and process efficiency. One of their proudest accomplishments has been building out a logistics department, complete with standard operating procedures and detailed work instructions, ensuring long-term efficiency and scalability. Currently serving as a Logistics Manager at Flintco, LLC, Lakisha specializes in supply chain strategy and renewable energy logistics, bringing a unique combination of discipline, structure, and adaptability to the fast-evolving energy sector.
