Lakshmi Bolla has been working in the IT industry for 5 years. She currently focuses on Salesforce platforms, handling customer requests, attending workshops to understand client requirements, and providing solutions using business analysis skills. Lakshmi earned her Master's in Information Technology and completed 4 Salesforce certifications. Previously at Ernst and Young, she was promoted from associate analyst to analyst and received multiple Recognition Awards and Bravo Awards from managers for her hard work, Salesforce expertise, and on-time updates. She values building her own network and independence, drawing strength from family during challenges such as visa processes while pursuing her career in the United States.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Build your network because it's very important. Be strong and positive all the time, because negative thoughts can disturb mental health unknowingly and demoralize confidence. You should be able to build job, masters, and everything on your own. Be patient with hopes and have a positive attitude. During visa struggles, everyone should be strong as mental health can be disturbed.
