About Lamees
Lamees Alsultan transitioned from a 10-year career in IT to founding her own commercial cleaning business two years ago, seeking greater flexibility, freedom, and the ability to determine her own income and lifestyle. With a bachelor's degree in computer science and extensive IT certifications such as PMP Certified Project Manager, ServiceNow Administrator, and Certified Scrum Master, she applies her project management and technical background to her current operations. Her business provides janitorial and deep cleaning services to restaurants, medical facilities, offices, IT offices, and construction sites, along with specialized floor and wall restoration. Lamees is also certified by ISSA and OSHA, holds credentials from the Cleaning Management Institute, and is recognized as a certified small woman-owned small business and micro-business. She attributes her success to her past experiences, personal struggles, and a commitment to self-reliance, viewing her business as an opportunity to build something lasting for her family.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to past life experience, difficulties from my past, my kids, struggles, failing marriages and divorce. I thought the husband is the protector, but now I know better. Every woman should not obscure herself and rely on herself. She needs herself aside too, not just giving, giving, giving. A little bit of selfishness is not bad.
