Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I am a dedicated Customer Loyalty Group (CLG) Representative at AT&T, where I have proudly served since 2019. With more than six years in this role, I focus on customer loyalty and retention, using my communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to service to strengthen customer relationships every day. I take pride in creating positive experiences, resolving complex issues, and ensuring that every customer feels valued and supported.

My professional work is grounded in a strong academic foundation. I earned both my Master of Education in Educational/Instructional Technology and my Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. These studies helped me develop essential skills in communication, presentation, and critical thinking—all of which support the work I do today and the impact I strive to make with each interaction.

When I reflect on my success, I attribute it first to the Lord and to my mother. My mom has always encouraged me, pushed me to grow, and modeled strength, grace, and resilience. She is my Shero, and her influence continues to inspire me in both my personal and professional life. Rooted in faith, family, and a passion for helping others, I remain committed to excellence and to making a meaningful difference in my role at AT&T.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

If I could offer one piece of advice to young women entering this industry, it would be to always follow your heart. There will be ups and downs, and some moments may feel overwhelming, but don’t allow challenges to hinder you or stop your progress. Even when it looks like you’re defeated, remember to look to the Healer and ground yourself in the Serenity Prayer.

There will be times when you feel like quitting, but don’t give up—you are stronger than you think. Keep moving forward, trust your journey, and believe in your ability to rise above any obstacle. You’ve got this.
