01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Go with what your passion tells you to do. Perseverance is important because academia has hurdles and rejections. Trust yourself and don't give up. For women, do not be misguided by propaganda; do what you enjoy and are good at. You can do both family and career, just not perfectly every time.
