About Lana

Lana Page is the founder of Vital Pulse, a new startup focused on longevity and well-being in Houston, Texas. After working in the high jewelry industry, she pursued transformational coaching, enrolling in and graduating from the Ericsson International master program with a focus on neuroscience-based coaching and the brain-heart connection beginning around 2019. Drawing from her personal experience with osteopenia, she now incorporates pulse technology to activate muscles and support bone density through efficient 15-minute sessions twice weekly, aiming to make advanced wellness accessible. She values sensitivity and transparency, attributes her success to feeling good and connecting with her inner self through meditation, and is involved in philanthropic efforts including a women's fund, Houston Children's Charity, and plans for her own charity supporting children.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Lana

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to just feeling good. The only job I have to do is just feel good. There are days I want to climb the mountain, there are days I want to just sit still with the eyes closed and do nothing, and just breathe and meditate. That's all good.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Slow down, take a deep breath, connect with your inner self. All the answers are there, all the guidance is within you. If we only learn how to slow down and be true to ourselves, just do what feels right, just be aligned, and bring this alignment to the world.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

It's about feeling good. Just don't think, don't analyze, don't perform to be noticed. Just do every step with whatever feels right. Just listen to yourself, be connected with yourself, be who you are. Be the best version of you at the moment, and everything will come.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The system itself is very rigid. We're at the edge of changes everywhere. The old ways do not work anymore. The biggest challenge is to break the patterns that things can be done differently. Medicine is not the only way. Our body's so intelligent. Let's just give the body what it needs and use new technology to support our bodies.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Sensitivity and transparency.
