Ten minutes with Lannette

01What do you attribute your success to?

A lot of persistence and drive. My career and my education has not been an easy path. I was actually at Carlow my first year of school. Finances made it that I could not stay, so I had to stop Carlow, went to community, finished my degree... kept working full-time. And that's why I went back to school much later. It was actually nine years later to finish my degree, so I've always known the importance of education and just making yourself marketable, and I'm always willing to learn... I'm very mission driven, very results-driven, too, so along with being creative... my first degree is art, so I have a graphic design degree... I've always been very passionate. And really passionate about how people are treated in healthcare... I always take on the attitude of, no matter where I work, really taking that owner mentality and really owning everything that's done.
