LaQuita Donald brings more than three decades of expertise to the field of environmental health and safety. A graduate of Delaware State University with a degree in chemistry and minors in biology and music, she began her career in the chemical industry before transitioning into environmental management and safety roles. Over her 32-year career, Donald has supported the automotive, industrial, and aircraft sectors by managing crises, ensuring regulatory compliance, leading life safety teams, and building strong employee relationships to promote safe practices both at work and at home. She holds certifications as a Certified Hazard Material Manager and Certified Dangerous Goods Specialist. Beyond her professional work, Donald serves as a Court-Appointed Special Advocate for foster children and mentors younger professionals in her industry.
