She is an accomplished communications strategist, event producer, and administrative professional with nearly two decades of experience at DART (Dallas Area Rapid Transit). Currently serving as HR Strategy Analyst – Talent Acquisition & Outreach, she previously served as Communication Strategy Specialist and Executive Assistant II for Communication Strategy and Marketing, where she developed and executed communication programs, managed executive schedules and travel, supported budget and contract administration, co-supervised contractors and interns, and led executive event production. In addition to her work at DART, she has operated her own event production business since 2019, organizing and executing a wide variety of events including baby showers, bridal showers, birthday parties, church events, meetings, and luncheons, consulting with clients on catering, venue, and budget options, and creating custom decorations and promotional materials. Her earlier DART career includes serving as a Police Representative in Time, Attendance, and Personnel Scheduling, where she managed timekeeping for over 300 sworn and civilian employees, and in the Criminal Investigations Division, as an Administrative Coordinator in Records, and as a Customer Information Representative. Her career reflects a deep commitment to strategic communications, event excellence, operational efficiency, and public service.
