Larissa Moreira

Larissa Moreira is a student at Wellesley College in Wellesley, Massachusetts, with one year of experience working in tech companies. She is currently a Summer Intern on the Strategy and Operations team at Superhuman, formerly known as Grammarly, where her responsibilities include improving internal communications and enhancing the experience of company meetings and announcements for individual contributors. Previously, she worked on the education team for a tech company in Brazil. Her passion for the tech industry stems from her high school experience co-founding an organization to help women find career opportunities, which led her to value creating impactful initiatives for others. She is a volunteer with the Brazilian Student Association abroad, an organization that provided her funding and resources to study at Wellesley College, and she has interned and volunteered with She is the Universe, an NGO founded by Lara Pena. Throughout her work, Moreira emphasizes the importance of vulnerability in asking for help, building confidence, and surrounding herself with empowering women mentors and colleagues.
