I attribute my success to perseverance, faith, and the support of family and community. My experiences as a professional and as a mother have shaped my resilience, work ethic, and passion for helping communities thrive.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in community and economic development is navigating limited resources while addressing growing community needs. At the same time, this presents opportunities for innovative partnerships, regional collaboration, and creative problem-solving that can lead to long-term growth

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Integrity, faith, and service are the values most important to me. They guide my decisions, strengthen my relationships, and motivate me to lead with purpose in both my professional and personal life.
