La Shondra Jarvis

Lashondra Jarvis serves as an HRBP at DoorDash, where she began as an operations manager before advancing into her current role after achieving zero attrition in her region. Her career spans more than 30 years in executive leadership, starting after graduating from the Fashion Institute of Technology with an initial focus on fashion that pivoted to telecommunications at OmniPoint, which grew into T-Mobile. She spent 11 years there, rising to career development manager, then moved into operations roles at Burger King as a regional operations manager and at IKEA as an operations manager focused on food services profitability. Jarvis later became a workforce planner and joined DoorDash, applying her expertise in scaling businesses, P&L management, and people leadership. She is also the founder of Woven Intent, a two-and-a-half-year-old creative SEL program that uses fiber arts for immersive workshops in corporate wellness, schools, and retreats. Jarvis participates in professional groups including Blessed Baby and Brunch and Entrepreneurista, and supports initiatives such as Yes Girls Create, YMCA partnerships, and EJ's PJ's Pajamas through donations and her knit club.
