Her Story

About Latasha

Latasha Babb is a seasoned Human Resources and Learning & Development professional with over a decade of experience driving training excellence, leadership growth, and organizational performance. She launched her HR career in 2013 at Qualfon, where she quickly distinguished herself by moving into a training and leadership role within her first six months. From there, she steadily built an impressive track record — rising through the ranks to serve as Corporate Trainer and Training Manager, before taking on a Training Manager role at TTEC and most recently joining ADP as a Team Lead. Throughout her career, she has overseen large-scale training programs spanning multiple sites, managed teams of direct reports, and developed initiatives that have measurably improved agent proficiency, quality assurance outcomes, and overall team retention.

A firm believer in continuous growth, Latasha holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice with a focus on Human Services from Southern New Hampshire University, which she earned in 2024 — a milestone she embraces proudly as a testament to the lifelong learning she advocates for in others. She is also a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified professional and holds a Texas Life Insurance License, bringing both operational discipline and a well-rounded professional foundation to every role she takes on. Her academic achievements were recognized through membership in the National Society for Leadership and Success and the National Honor Society, reflecting the same dedication she brings to her work each day.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Latasha is deeply committed to serving her community, volunteering as an administrative support for her church's executive pastor with HR-related functions. She specializes in leading leaders, employee development, and conflict resolution, and is passionate about building environments where fairness, integrity, and compassion are at the forefront. She champions the adoption of emerging technologies — particularly AI tools — as essential competencies for the next generation of HR professionals, and continues to position herself at the intersection of people-centered leadership and forward-thinking innovation.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Latasha

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to consistency and a genuine openness to change. Many people resist change, but I've always seen it as an opportunity for growth and evolution. Recognizing that growth opportunities exist — rather than viewing them as burdens — has been a driving force in my career.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice that I have received was that GREAT leaders seek to serve others and lead by example.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice is to embrace the technology that is shaping the future of HR. Artificial intelligence is becoming increasingly integrated into our field, and familiarizing yourself with tools such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT will give you a distinct competitive advantage. Walking into an interview already equipped with that knowledge sets you apart and positions you as a forward-thinking professional.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The most significant opportunity in HR right now is AI and the evolving technology landscape. Professionals who take the initiative to learn and understand how AI is being applied in HR — before it becomes a requirement — will be far better positioned in the job market. Knowledge of these tools is quickly becoming an essential skill, not just a bonus.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Integrity and compassion are the values I hold most closely, both professionally and personally. Integrity guides every decision I make, and compassion shapes how I lead and connect with the people around me.
