Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my Heavenly Father for giving me a genuine love for people and my commitment to making a meaningful difference in their lives.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Discover how your daily actions impact other departments and the company's overall goals.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would advise young women entering this industry to ensure they are pursuing it for the right reasons, so they can provide the best possible services. If your focus is solely on money, progress will be limited. When guiding others with their educational choices, it’s essential to understand your “why.” Some days will be challenging, and in the early stages, financial reward may not be the primary motivator. It’s important to stay connected to your mission and the purpose behind what you do.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the key challenges in my field is effectively communicating the long-term value of higher education, particularly in an era where immediate returns are prioritized. Helping individuals see education as a long-term investment-both personally and professionally-remains a critical priority, especially when navigating the rising costs and the proliferation of alternative learning paths.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

I value God, Family, Self-Care, & Friends (Community)
