LaTisha P. Standokes, Ed. D.

Dr. LaTisha P. Standokes is a dynamic higher education leader who currently serves as the founding Executive Director of Admissions for the Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy doctoral programs at Arkansas Colleges of Health Education (ACHE). With over a decade of experience in admissions, recruitment, and student development, she is passionate about guiding future healthcare professionals on their academic journeys. At ACHE, she leads strategic enrollment efforts, fosters student success initiatives, and builds partnerships that open doors for underrepresented communities. Dr. Standokes is also a certified CliftonStrengths coach, using her strengths in responsibility, connectedness, and development to mentor students and professionals alike.

Dr. Standokes holds a Doctor of Education in Adult Learning and Workforce Development from Northwestern State University, along with a Master of Science in Human Services Administration from LSU Shreveport. A first-generation college graduate, she is deeply committed to lifelong learning and empowering others through education. Her work is guided by strong personal and professional values—integrity, empathy, professionalism, and creativity—and she is known for her unwavering dedication to continuous growth. Driven by purpose and compassion, she continues to be a champion for student access, inclusion, and transformation in higher education.
