Latonia Curtis is a dynamic and accomplished recruiting professional with nearly two decades of experience at Aerotek, where she currently serves as a Recruiter Practice Lead and Recruiting Operations Manager. Based in Torrance, California, Latonia leads recruitment strategy and fulfillment for the Los Angeles region, overseeing a team of more than 10 recruiters. Her leadership is focused on professional development, operational excellence, and fostering top-tier talent acquisition solutions in industries ranging from skilled manufacturing trades, to aerospace, distribution and Logistics, and the aviation industry.
A proud alumna of UC Santa Barbara with a degree in Psychology, Latonia brings a people-first approach to her work. Her commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) is central to her professional identity—she is a founding member of Aerotek’s Communities of Color Employee Resource Group and an active voice on the company’s DE&I Council.
