She is a seasoned HR and corporate social impact leader with nearly 20 years of experience at Walmart, progressing through leadership roles in human resources, people strategy, and community relations. She currently leads Corporate Philanthropy and serves as Chairwoman of Elite Excellence, focusing on social impact, employee development, and community engagement. She holds a master’s degree in HR Law from Lindenwood University and a bachelor’s degree in Criminology from Lincoln University of Missouri.
