About Latonya
Latonya Loudermilk, R.T.(R) is a dedicated radiologic technologist based in Kansas City, Missouri, with more than 20 years of experience in diagnostic imaging and patient care. She has spent her career providing high-quality radiographic services in healthcare settings, including clinical and portable X-ray environments. Through her work, Latonya has developed expertise in radiologic procedures, electronic medical records (EMR), and compassionate patient-centered care.
Latonya earned her Associate in Applied Science in Radiologic Technology from Colorado Technical University, graduating summa cum laude with a 3.92 GPA. Her academic achievements include recognition through the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and receiving the I-CARE Award for her dedication and commitment to excellence. Throughout her professional journey, she has demonstrated perseverance, discipline, and a passion for serving others while balancing the responsibilities of family and career.
Latonya attributes her success to God’s grace, along with her own determination, resilience, and commitment to overcoming challenges. She believes in treating every patient with kindness, respect, and compassion, providing not only technical expertise but also encouragement and support during their healthcare journey. 01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to God’s grace, along with my own drive, determination, and perseverance. My faith keeps me grounded, and I remain committed to overcoming challenges and staying focused on my purpose. I refuse to let negativity or obstacles stand in the way of achieving my goals.
02What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are honesty, trust, integrity, hard work, kindness, and respect. I believe that building genuine relationships, keeping my commitments, and treating others with compassion and respect are essential to creating a positive and successful environment.
