Her Interview
Ten minutes with LaTosha
01What do you attribute your success to?
I think it is what I would say is I if you were some people hate these personality tests. There's so many of them. But there is a particular one, it's a COBI index personality exam. And one of the when you when you it's funny that I know this about myself, when you literally do these personality tests, one of the things that is a rare they say it's a rare attribute is this person that's called an individualizer. But I happen to have it. I think for me, that is what has made me successful.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The advice I received was do it. I made a decision to move to Texas from California in order to move into the financial services industry... with a lot of prayer, and talking with my mom... she said, do it. Like, I know it's scary, but just do it. Like, go into it with no fear. And I did, and it was one of the best things I ever did for myself.
