I would encourage young women to be ambitious and to pursue the certifications and skills necessary for the positions they aspire to. Confidence, determination, and a strong work ethic can help you stand out, even in competitive situations.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Dedication, continuous learning, and perseverance are the values I hold most important. Outside of work, I value creativity and taking time to enjoy hobbies such as DIY projects and crafting.
