About LaToya
I've been in the field for almost 20 years, starting in HR before launching my own business 79ROZE 10 years ago as a Body Confidence Boutique targeting sizes 12 and up. Realizing inner confidence matters most, I got certified as a body image coach through The Body Institute last September and created Pretty at Any Size coaching program with subscription and individual options to help women be authentic regardless of shape or size.

01What do you attribute your success to?
The ability to connect with humans at all levels, to be authentic and genuine, and to be kind. Everyone is fighting a battle, and connecting genuinely goes a long way.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Be true to yourself, block out all the noise around you, stay in your lane because only you know what works for you, and don't try to fit into a box that we're not created to fit into.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Going against the grain of society where everyone is encouraged to look one way, helping people rewire their inner critic when the message goes against what society is saying.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Authenticity - being your true self to exude confidence. Being kind and a good human because what you reap is what you sow. Family and family time are key.
