Latoya Wilson, MSSCM, is an accomplished Supply Chain Management professional with extensive experience across military, distribution, and manufacturing logistics operations. She currently serves as a Material Purchaser and Inventory Analyst at MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC, where she manages the procurement of locally sourced and global materials for Hyundai EV battery assembly. With a strong background in warehouse operations, procurement, distribution, and KPI management, Latoya brings a strategic and detail-oriented approach to supply chain optimization and operational efficiency.

Latoya began her career serving as a Unit Supply Specialist in the U.S. Army, where she honed her skills in logistics, inventory management, and operational leadership. She has since held progressive roles including Receiving Area Manager at Walmart Distribution Center, Warehouse Manager at Sonepar USA, and Materials Supervisor at Allied Motion Technologies, demonstrating her ability to lead teams, streamline processes, and drive measurable improvements in production and distribution workflows.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Colorado Technical University and an MBA in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University.
