She is a human resources, employee relations, communications, and member services professional with experience in HR management, EEO compliance, HR policies, internal communications, employee engagement, event planning, marketing materials, and guest experience. She currently works as Human Resources Director and Senior Human Resources Manager at Encore Leisure Group. Previously, she served as HR Manager with CBIGG Management and spent over 13 years as Member Relations Director at Sweetwater Country Club, leading member communications, events, front desk operations, staff support, and employee relations.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I would just say the support that I've had over the years from bosses, coworkers, and members in the organization. I've been with the same organization since right out of college, starting at one of our country clubs.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
You just have to start somewhere, take that first step, believe in yourself, invest in yourself. We are in an instant gratification era so don't get discouraged if things don't look the way you think they should when you think they should.
