Her Story

About Latrecia

Latrecia Reese serves as a leader within the Customer Success Organization at CDK Global, a provider of DMS software to car dealerships. She leads two teams of specialists who support dealers from implementation through the end of their contracts and provide subject matter expertise across dealership operations. Her other team collaborates with the product organization to deliver the voice of the customer and voice of service, ensuring solutions align with dealer needs and drive adoption. Reese earned her bachelor's degree in computer science from a historically Black college and university in 2006, where she participated in the marching band. Prior to joining CDK Global 10 years ago in a project management role, she gained experience in on-site support and systems administration at local firms including D.E. Fox and Associates and TechSoft Systems. She attributes her success to her parents' emphasis on work ethic and a supportive community. Reese partnered with the Women in Automotive organization, with CDK Global as the largest sponsor, to host the first local women in automotive social in Cincinnati. She values advocating for women, mentorship, faith, and family, and advises young women that they can achieve anything they set their minds to.

The best career advice I received was to become who our results require.
