Her Interview

Ten minutes with Latria

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to having experienced mentors and advisors who have provided me with guidance and counsel throughout my journey.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received came from my high school mentor, who encouraged me to learn as much as possible about everything and to embrace curiosity as a leader, while also highlighting the importance of serving others as a leader.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

For young women entering my industry, I would advise becoming an expert in your field, developing a broad understanding of business operations, and taking a proactive approach to both personal and professional growth.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges and opportunities in my field right now is the impact of artificial intelligence in the workplace. While AI offers significant efficiency and benefits across industries, it also poses the risk of diminishing the human element in decision-making and communication.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are integrity and a strong work ethic.
